This case study highlights our recent project at Transport Logistic China 2024, where we constructed an exceptional booth for National Industrial Development and Logistics Program. As part of this Asia-focused project in China, we created a stunning double-decker booth that featured state-of-the-art LED screens with the highest resolution P1.5, ensuring vivid, high-impact visuals throughout the space.

The booth’s design stood out as the most striking at the event, seamlessly blending advanced technology and sleek aesthetics, high glossy floor and creative shapes. Despite the complexity of the design, the entire booth was built and ready in just 3 days, showcasing our efficiency and commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful spaces under tight timelines.

Project Scope

Design and Decoration

The design featured high-gloss black flooring that added elegance and depth to the space, complemented by plenty of lighting stripes that highlighted key elements of the booth. Glass panels across the booth and laminated chipboard with flawless finishes created a modern, refined aesthetic. The innovative design seamlessly combined luxury, functionality, and cutting-edge materials for a striking impact.

The Highlight: 3d corner LED screen

One of the most striking features of the booth was the 3D LED screen installed at a 45-degree corner angle on the double-decker structure. With a P1.5 resolution, the screen delivered exceptional 4K content with incredible clarity and detail. Measuring 5 x 2.5 meters, the screen's strategic corner installation created a captivating visual effect that could be viewed from multiple angles.

The 3D content displayed on the screen brought a sense of depth and interactivity, creating a real-time effect that engaged visitors and drew them into the dynamic world of NIDLIP’s innovations. The immersive, high-definition visuals were designed to leave a lasting impression, making this 3D LED screen the booth’s standout attraction and elevating the overall experience.

Ground floor: navigation and learning

The ground floor featured interactive touchscreens for navigation and learning, allowing visitors to explore content and engage with the exhibits.

AV Technologies: Immersive and Interactive Experience

The AV technologies were designed to create a truly immersive and interactive environment. We installed a total of 80m² of LED screens with 4K resolution, delivering stunning, ultra-clear visuals across the booth. Additionally, 15 interactive touch screens were strategically placed to engage visitors, providing them with an interactive way to explore NIDLIP’s innovative logistics solutions.

 • A special interactive LED screen was incorporated to highlight key features and provide a hands-on, dynamic experience.  • The booth’s iconic 3D corner LED wall added a striking visual element, offering captivating 3D content that drew visitors’ attention from every angle.

 • To further enhance the impact, a 5.5-meter-high corner column LED screen was installed to cover both floors, serving as a towering centerpiece, adding depth and height to the overall design of the booth.

These cutting-edge AV elements transformed the booth into a visually immersive and highly interactive space.

First Floor: Business and Lounge Areas

The first floor offers a professional atmosphere, balancing productivity with comfort.

 • Two Meeting Rooms: Each room has been branded individually and features glass doors for a modern, open feel while still providing privacy. The rooms are equipped with the necessary AV setup for presentations and virtual meetings.
