The case study highlights Diriyah Company's participation in the MAPIC 2024 show, where we constructed a meticulously designed stand that fused elegance with advanced technology. The project involved both outdoor and indoor areas, creating a dynamic space for business meetings, networking, and immersive experiences.
The booth successfully combined high-end design with enhanced audiovisual technologies, like LED screens and projection mapping, ensuring an interactive and visually captivating experience. Each area was thoughtfully planned to serve specific needs, from business discussions to learning and entertainment. The terrace area provided an inviting space for informal engagements, while the indoor area showcased exclusive furniture and finishings, as well as carefully curated spatial decoration elements, adding to the overall impact to the space.

Interior Design and Decoration
For the interior transformation, we integrated distinctive design elements to create a refined and cohesive space:
• Textured Walls: Roll-painted walls added depth and sophistication, with a unique texture that elevated the overall atmosphere.
• Wooden Elements: Natural wooden accents were incorporated throughout, enhancing warmth and adding an organic element to balance the contemporary features.

In this project, we achieved a flawless translation of design into reality, ensuring that every detail from the initial concept was meticulously brought to life. From the smallest architectural elements to the larger, more intricate features, the final execution matched the design 100%. Innovative AV Technology and Creative Spaces
The booth integrates cutting-edge audiovisual technologies with interactive experiences, creating a dynamic atmosphere.
• LED Screens seamlessly integrated into walls provide high-definition media sources.
• Projection Mapping over an interactive 3D city model transforms it into a dynamic visual experience.
Custom-made Niches
• Special Niches with Backlit Features: Carefully designed niches with soft backlighting highlighted the architectural details, creating a striking visual effect.
Exclusive furniture
The meeting rooms featured exclusive furniture, including real wood tables and sophosticated chairs, designed to reflect both elegance and functionality.
Terrace
The terrace, overlooking Cannes Bay, offered a cozy and elegant setting with exclusive furniture designed for comfort and style.
• A custom-made wooden catering counter added a touch of sophistication, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings.
The space provided a perfect spot for relaxation, with stunning views and an inviting atmosphere for socializing and refreshments.
